How To Submit a
Classified Advertisement

Follow the steps below and submit your Photos/Decription to:

MUSTANGS FOR SALE:

  1. Four photos taken at the four corners of the vehicle (High Resolution, in Focus, no Glare, in Color) showing the four sides of the vehicle
  2. A one-paragraph Description of the condition of the vehicle: Parked or actively used, paint and body, glass, electrical, mechanical, rust, modifications, engine size and type (Straight-6/V8), transmission type (auto,manual), Mileage (miles, true/approximated), known problems.
  3. Include how much you are asking for the vehicle, and whether the price is FIRM or NEGOTIABLE. (CASH VALUE ONLY, NO TRADES, NO BARTERS)
  4. Include a Statement regarding the Condition of the Title: In what State, Owner, Clean, Clear, Salvage, Rebuilt, Bonded, Signed & Notarized, etc.
  5. Your Contact Information (your name, email, address, phone, etc - this will be published, so include only what you are comfortable with making public!)

    I will include the vehicle in my next Cars For Sale Site Update. CAUTION: Anything missing from the above list and your classified will probably NOT run. Please send me ONE email per Car. Classified Ad for multiple Cars will run if they are grouped together into ONE photo with ONE asking price.

    BE PREPARED to respond to potential buyers who contact you for more info about your car.

     Create a whole Sales Packet with photos of Left & Right Profile, Front & Rear View, any Boo-Boos, Dashboard (with Key-On), Front & Rear Seats, Headliner, Engine Bay, Undercarriage, Wheels/Tires. Include a Redacted photo of both sides of the Title (black out your address in the photo, NOT on the Title!), but make sure the VIN number is visible.

    You may want to include receipts for significant modifications or maitenance that has been done on the car. Take the time to write out a complete description of the condition of the car, including any gotchas - be clear about what you know about the car and what you are guessing at.

    If there is interest, order a CarFax Report on the car and put a copy in your Sales Packet.

    Consolidate all your photo and docs into one .PDF file which can easily be emailed. (Please DO NOT send the whole packet to me - I CANNOT use them.)
